I first heard Joyce at the Palace Hotel in St.Moritz and was immediately captivated .
Following that , I hired her for a prestigious YPO Baltic cruise , where she and her band performed for the guests on board every evening .Everyone was enthralled by her gorgeous voice , style, versatility , and way of interacting directly with her audience.
Her ability to sing in many languages was a great hit with this international crowd. The dance-floor was always packed .
A year later , I brought Joyce to Montreal to perform at Canada’s most glamorous fund-raising gala , The Daffodil Ball , where she was a huge success .
